My thanks and congratulations go to the Board Members and management of KOWARNA who have always given high commitment in moving KOWARNA's business to the point of receiving several recognitions from the Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia such as 4-star cooperatives, medium-large cluster cooperatives and listed in the 350 best cooperatives chart in Malaysia for 2020 and 2021.

In the year of 2022, KOWARNA continued to receive recognition when it was listed in the 11th position for the Best Cooperative in the State of Selangor and was awarded as the Best Cooperative for the Main Economic Success of the State of Selangor in the Tourism, Personal Care & Health Sectors at the Selangor State Level. KOWARNA also maintained its position in the chart of the 350 best cooperatives in Malaysia and ranked 9th in the other sector category.

KOWARNA recorded an encouraging post-Covid 19 growth in 2022 compared to 2021. KOWARNA always strives to maximize KOWARNA's income by optimizing the investment of members' money while safeguarding the interests of members through investment returns and benefits obtained. Among the activities that will run in 2023 are the NAFAS multipurpose hall, the NAFASCUBE open hall and the NAFASCUBE meeting room.

On behalf of the Board Members, I take this opportunity to thank the Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia for always providing guidance and advisory services. The aid grant obtained will also be used best to stimulate business to generate income. Thank you also to the NAFAS Board of Directors and Top Management, division management and subsidiary companies for the support and business opportunities given.

A wreath of appreciation was also given to the ranks of representatives and members of KOWARNA who gave full support and involved themselves in the activities carried out by KOWARNA including those organized by the Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia.

Along with the current developments and needs, KOWARNA will redouble its efforts to ensure that the cooperative movement can thrive towards achieving the socio-economic development objectives of its members and become an excellent, quality and relevant cooperative with the recognition received by KOWARNA.
